Warranty

SNR Industries offers a 5-year transferable warranty on all night vision systems. Any factory-made or third-party products sold by SNR Industries are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Our warranty covers defects in the housing and image intensifier that arise from manufacturing or workmanship issues. It excludes damage due to normal wear and tear, user modification, misuse, or external influences. SNR Industries retains full discretion to evaluate and approve or deny any warranty claim. If approved, we will either repair or replace the defective product or component with a suitable equivalent. Should an equivalent not be available, we will offer an appropriate substitute, solely at our discretion. No compensation in place of repair or replacement is provided. Timeframes for repair or replacement will be estimated upon claim approval, although actual timelines may vary. 

This warranty policy extends to devices previously sold under former brand names of Wachsen Solutions. 

Exclusions from Coverage:
This warranty does not cover any issues resulting from the following conditions:
  • Negligence, misuse, or improper handling  
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by third parties  
  • Light, laser, or excessive exposure damage  
  • Physical impact or external damage  
  • Usage of unapproved or incorrect batteries  
  • External factors not explicitly mentioned  
  • Manufacturer discontinuation of the product 

Usage Guidelines: 

To prevent accidental damage, users must understand and adhere to the operational limits of night vision equipment. SNR Industries advises against storing devices with batteries installed, as this may lead to corrosion or inadvertent activation. Night vision devices are highly sensitive to light exposure, including daytime use, even when protective covers are employed. If accidental damage occurs, we can offer diagnostic services to assess the condition, followed by a cost estimate for repair or replacement. 

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim: 

To request service under warranty, email [email protected] and include the following (or, submit the form below): 

  • A detailed description of the issue 

  • Device serial number 

  • Date of purchase 

  • The order number 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ship the device to SNR Industries, assuming all risks and liabilities during transit. Return shipping fees will also be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified. 

Warranty Transfer Process: 

Customers wishing to transfer their warranty must contact us with the original order number, intensifier serial number, and device serial number. An inspection of the device is required before transferring ownership, which we will conduct at no charge. Authorization must be obtained before sending the device, and all shipping and transit costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Third-Party Product Warranty: 

Any third-party products sold through SNR Industries will maintain the warranty provided by the original manufacturer.

Repair and Service Charges: 

Any repairs, labor, or shipping fees for claims that fall outside the scope of this written warranty will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Limitations of Liability: 

SNR Industries is not liable for any damages, expenses, or claims that arise from the use or operation of our products. Customers are solely responsible for the proper use and maintenance of the equipment. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product and does not extend to indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue, even if such damages were foreseeable.

Customer Responsibility Agreement: 

By purchasing from SNR Industries, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold SNR Industries, its owners, members, licensors, and suppliers harmless from any claims, costs, damages, or legal fees that may arise from the use or operation of the purchased product.
