Once we receive your repair request, you will need to package the item to be repaired and ship it to us. After the item is shipped, you will need to send us the package tracking information. Once we receive your item, we will verify the contents, take note of the condition, and identify the problem. We will give you an estimate for the repairs, and with your approval, will complete the repair. Finally, we'll test the item after the repairs and ship it back to you.
