Returns

All nightvision device sales are final. We will gladly work with you to diagnose the issue to determine whether it would be covered under warranty, however we do not accept returns for night vision devices at this time. All other items, such as accessories and optics may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.

All used items are sold AS IS. No returns, no exchanges, no warranty outside the one offered directly with the manufacturer.

All items need to have proof of purchase.

Please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to initiate a return. They will provide you with further instructions on how to return your item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Refunds
