Hello everyone! I want to start off by saying what a pleasure it was to have served the 3,400+ customers that we had over the past 2 years. When I started SNR, I truly had no idea where it would go. Thanks to everyone who supported us as we grew and went into our first store space, and then our second. It truly has been a fun journey. Now to the meat and potatoes. This past month has been extremely hectic as I prepare for my wedding, begin building a house, and go back to school. My bandwidth has been dwindling and I don't think it's fair to provide sub-optimal customer service if I don't have the time to commit to the business. Additionally, our current location which was great at the start, has had a litany of inventory problems due to packages being consistently delivered & signed for at a business that moved into the warehouse attached to our building. They are an Amazon Distribution Center so our packages get put onto their pallets and disappear. If your order has been sitting, that is likely why as I've had to resort to drop shipping since around June 6th/7th. Having talked to UPS and even law enforcement about the sensitivity of the items we receive, we were told there is no work around or solution. Again, it just wouldn't feel right operating that way and defeats the purpose of having a commercial space. Any orders placed this month have been dropped off already and are just awaiting scan. Truly, thank you to everyone who made my dream a reality and allowed me to do this full time.
