Flat-Head Stainless Steel Machine Screw

The Purge Screw plugs the Purge Port located on the PVS-14 and PVS-7B/D housing. Using an o-ring, it keeps the nitrogen inside and prevents air from leaking in over time. Nitrogen purging works to prevent the buildup of moisture on interior surfaces, maintaining clarity during temperature transitions or when entering cold enviornments where glass surfaces are prone to condensation.
